May weightlifting-schedule

Got my motivation back when I dreamed of running a marathon tonight. So now I've updated my trainingschedule and here it is:

  • wallsitt 5x30s
  • plank 5x30s
  • supermans 5x12
  • donkeykicks 5x20
  • pushups on knee 6-7-8-9-10
  • sumosquats 5x25
  • crunches 5x25
  • biceps+shoulderpress 5x15
  • highheelshapers 5x10
  • triceps 5x15
