Well two weeks left of May, then I'll change workoutroutine at home again -but I have no idea what I'll do then? Anyone have any ideas?? I have dumbells at home and a jumprope, but what I need is something that will keep pushing my strengthlimits forward. Challenge my endurance and strength.
So please! Give me some tips and if possible a link to some pic of it so I can check it out and make sure I'm doing it right.
