I don't know if there is any recommendations about when to run or not during the winter...
Except for when it will get frozen and icy on the ground, to avoid slipping and injurys I think it will be beter to stop running by then.
But hopefully there will be snow this winter, and then I will start skiing instead -maybe I will be able to paricipate in BotniaVasa next year (I think it will be in february). I would really like to!
And maybe go bi-cycling and running then later in the year.
Well, I guess I just have to keep training and hope I'll be in shape enough to participate then!
